Media and organizations from Philippines have held a demonstration in front of the National Computer Emergency Response Team on the World Day Against Censorship. They protested because the NCERT did not act after their call for help and investigation of some of the longest Distributed Denial of Service attacks in the history of the Internet, which are targeting groups which are critical of the government.
